Our septic started backing up and Mike was able to come out the very next morning! Him and his partner were very nice & went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go. He would not leave until the water from the toilets when flushed came through and when they didn’t he vacuumed the pipe to get a clog out caused by grease build up. Once the tank was pumped and emptied they easily could have just left and we would have had to also call a plumber but they didn’t and we greatly appreciated it! We’ll definitely be calling them again in the future!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind words Francine! We were happy to help

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners call technicians Mike and Jesse for urgent backups, often receiving service on the same day or the following morning. The crew uncovers deeply buried lids with an excavator, clears grease clogs from plumbing lines, and pumps out full tanks. Angie noted that the team worked carefully and "left the back yard in very neat condition" after finishing the job.
