We had EP (Blake) come out to our home for plumbing issues. At first, we were please because we were told issue was corrected and had a warranty. Blake pulled up flooring, dug out cement and dirt. He power blasted our lines, said everything is working and good to go. Also stated we had a warranty for a few years and the warranty would be emailed to us. Well, exactly a month later, the same issue was back. We called, text, emailed Blake and never heard back from him (now 2 months). We called another plumber to snake our lines.

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with Executive Plumbing. Brayden was at our place today. He was meticulous about everything. Showed me things I could probably do myself and others that require a licensed professional, like they are. We had two bathrooms that were remodeled the same day. Needed two toilets removed and installed. Brayden did everything. It looks awesome. He also replaced all our outdated water valves and such. Now we feel confident that we won’t have unexpected leaks for a long time. Highly recommend. We will let everyone know who we use as a plumber now. Michael

    Response from the owner

Michael, thank you for the wonderful review; we’re thrilled Brayden handled your remodels so meticulously. We value your feedback and will keep improving to ensure reliable service for you and those you recommend.

Blake showed up right away and fixed our master bathroom toilet leak and traced another problem back to a faulty pressure relief valve that was putting too much water pressure on our system. All replaced same day and straightforward invoice that could be paid via text. He sent photo updates of the problem and solution throughout the day. Simple for me to follow along.

    Response from the owner

Thanks so much for the great review, Donald. We're glad Blake could quickly resolve the toilet leak and faulty pressure relief valve and that the photo updates and easy text payment made everything simple; please call us anytime if you need help again.
