Gary with Environ Tech Septic Solutions is the BEST!!! When my septic alarm went off he was out in 15 minutes to fix the problem! He also collaborated with me to fix drainage problems that if left as is could have potentially destroyed my septic field and system. He also addressed drainage issues to help with the integrity of my homes foundation. He was quick, efficient, and respectful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENVIRO TECH SEPTIC SOLUTIONS for all you septic needs.

I've only ever been harassed worse by actual debt collectors. I don't know why they are so desperate on "fixing" my septic tank, but calling me numerous times over the holidays is not going to get me to help their cause. To be clear I paid my bill day of service.

Our septic tank was taking on groundwater at an alarming rate. Despite all of the rain, they troubleshooted and found the problem (seal had failed). They used a backhoe during the falling rain and fixed it. It has been holding up well so far. I’m so appreciative of their work and for scheduling us when I’m sure they were pulled in many different directions due to all the rain. They communicate well and have amazing customer service. I can’t say enough great things about them all. To work during these conditions is not fun.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Matt, for your kind words! I'm thrilled to hear that our team was able to diagnose the problem with your septic tank seal and complete the repair even in challenging rainy conditions. We're proud of our commitment to customer service and communication, especially when the weather adds extra challenges.

Around Rochester, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Rochester city page for the full soil profile.
