Louis came same day we had a back up in our basement. He quickly diagnosed the situation (main line was clogged) and got to work fixing the problem. He happily answered our questions and explained how everything works so as first time home owners we were able to understand things to watch out for.

    Response from the owner

Wendy, thanks so much for your thoughtful words. We’re so pleased Louis could respond the same day, clear the main line clog, and help you feel informed as first-time homeowners.
