Let’s just start with saying this company is AMAZING! I had on hell of a year with a septic system during my home purchase.(Fraudulent case at time of purchase of home) I contacted Elrod for help, and Leah the office manager came to my rescue! She helped me navigate through so many issues I was having with my system (not Elrod’s system) until some legal actions came into play and I was able to get a brand new system and drain field installed through Elrod. I highly recommend this company, and Leah if you’re reading this…thank you for everything! Happy flushing 😊

Excellent service, they even call me when it was a situation to solve, and suggest what would be the best option. Their prices a very competitive, much cheaper than most. I recommend this company without a doubt.
