We've used Elk Grove Sewer and Plumbing for decades, and we continue to stay loyal to them because of their prompt, skilled, meticulous service and great employees. We usually ask for Joe Jedd because he's so good at his job (he's rodded the pipes, replaced toilets, fixed leaky faucets, cleaned drains, fixed a slow toilet, etc!) and Joe has given us great advice over the years. This time we were in more of an emergency situation because of a gas leak, so Luis came today. We knew there was one leak, but Luis checked everything and found and repaired even more leaks.

    Response from the owner

Chanelle, thank you for trusting Elk Grove Village Sewer & Plumbing for so many decades! We truly appreciate your loyalty and thoughtful recognition of Joe, Luis, and Judy. We’re especially glad Luis could thoroughly inspect the system, find the additional gas leaks, and make the necessary repairs. It means a great deal to know our team has consistently provided the prompt, careful service and helpful advice you deserve.

We used Elk Grove Village Sewer and Plumbing to replace two toilets. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend them. The plumber, Joe, was very helpful: he explained very clearly what needed to be done and what the particular issues were in our situation. He carried out this work very efficiently, neatly, and cheerfully. He was very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. He was a pleasure to work with.
