Tom with Elizabeth Septic came out to service my septic, he was on time, friendly and knowledgeable as I had some questions about septic systems in general! Great local company, if yours is due to get pumped I highly recommend!

I want to express how grateful our family is for the exceptional service we received from Elizabeth Septic & Drain Medics. Tom and Lane went above and beyond to help with our leach field and septic tank maintenance, working through rain, unexpected challenges, and even an equipment breakdown to ensure the job was completed properly. It is rare to find a company so committed to customer satisfaction and determined to see a project through to completion, especially over a weekend. Their professionalism, dedication, and strong work ethic were evident every step of the way.

Thomas has been a wonderful person to work with this summer as we were preparing our house to sell. He did an inspection of our system and made the needed repairs/updates to bring everything into county compliance. We will miss him dearly and can’t thank him enough for his hard work and professionalism.

    Response from the owner

Hi Don! Thank you so much for the kind words. It was always a pleasure to work with you. I will miss you too!
