They came out on a sunday!!!!!! Didn't charge me an arm and a leg had very fair prices. They got my tank cleaned out and functional again.Gave me a few tips on how to maintain my tank better.. Very courteous, friendly and amazing family owned company. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will use again.

Beyond grateful for Ernesto and his son JR. We recently purchased our first home and have a lot of repairs to do and our Septic was one of the major ones. The amazing words everyone had for Elite was the reason I contacted them. Knowing nothing about how Septic works Ernesto made sure to walk me through the entire process over the phone and on Facetime. When I asked when he had availability to come out he said "I'll be there in 1 hour". I'm not sure how others operate but this is A1 service.

    Response from the owner

Luis we are extremely grateful for the review you have left us. All we want is to educate our Customers on their septic systems so they don’t get taken advantage of and know that there is hope and other ways of making systems function without tearing up yards. We at Elite Septic take our profession extremely serious and yes we are very passionate of our trade. Thank you for the opportunity on letting us work for you. 🙏

It is my first time using Ernesto and his son (Elite Septic) for my septic tank service and definitely will not be my last, as many others mention they are very professional and knowledgeable and take the time to educate you on your septic system as well as the maintenance. Ernesto took the time to explain to me how the system works and where my system was causing me problems, it is a shame that other companies came in and did half the job and never bothered to tell me there was a liquid side that needed to be pumped. Thanks again Elite Septic, I 100% reccomend them for all your septic needs.

    Response from the owner

Ricky Thank you for the opportunity on let us service your septic tank. We strive on educating our clients so they can give the tank a longer life span and of course save money in the long run. We at Elite Septic thank you for taking the time to give us an outstanding review. 🙏🙏🙏

I cannot recommend Ernesto and Elite Septic highly enough! From start to finish, Ernesto was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and responsive. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his integrity and attention to detail. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients and takes pride in their work the way Ernesto does. He was punctual, efficient, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Natalie for the AMAZING kind words. We at Elite Septic are here to educate and teach our clients about their systems. There's so much information about septic systems that no one likes to teach or take the time to explain. Not us we welcome all the questions and we definitely have all the answers to help the system run smoothly. Thank you again.

I called and I was fortunate enough that they scheduled me in same day . Ernesto made it over within an hour and a half pumped out my septic and had so much information on how to keep my tank as clean as possible. I also had the opportunity to meet Ernesto Jr. Very nice and professional. I will definitely continue using their service.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the 5 stars We appreciate it.
