Eckert's Patriot Pumpers was called out due to a full septic tank, and the alarm sounding off the previous night. Tanya, one of the owners arrived first and without proper diagnosis claims it was a faulty septic pump. I questioned the owner , but it fell on deaf ears. The employees rewired the septic electrical at the same time. Before installing the new pump, I asked them to connect the old pump to see if it was an electrical issue or the pump……the old pump turned on without an issue.

    Response from the owner

I am clear with all of my customers that we don't install pumps, I always let customers know that I can absolutely help find a guy that installs or fixes pumps. I was at your place within 15 minutes of you calling and got you pumped out and called someone who could help you further. It has been 2 years and I still haven't been paid. So no I am not sending someone out to not get paid again. Sorry. If your account was in good standing I would have had my driver out there as soon as my drive was free, we always try our best to make it work if people are backed up even if it means working late into the evening.

Our septic line from our home to our septic tank was plugged up. It was Friday, Dec. 29 and the beginning of the New Year holiday. We had company so not a good situation. I phoned Eckert's Patriot Pumpers. Tonya came out very shortly after the call and made an inspection. She gave me some sugestions and told me that if none of them worked I could call them the next day and they would come out again. The next day my line was still plugged. I called Eckert's and both Conrad and Tonya came out. It was a bad plug but they stayed with it and an hour and a half later the line was unplugged.
