Mr. Bassett and his assistant Kenny were very prompt when I called for a pump out and tank clean. Upon arrival, Mr. Bassett quickly observed that my drain field was not working as intended. After clearing the tank, we found the problem to be much worse than I had anticipated earlier that day. What I appreciate most is Mr. Bassett’s willingness to explain the issue thoroughly and offer suggestions that solve the problem rather than mask it.

Additionally, they help protect the citizens’ public health and our beautiful environment, preserving our precious ground water resources. Mr. Bassett has helped countless elderly and single mothers donating his time and material to help them have a livable home when all other businesses had refused to help.

I needed a Septic Inspection. EC Bassett & one other person (who was professional and friendly, thumbs up to him) the young man dug a "small" hole to locate the septic tank. The older man sat in the truck. Came out to explain it would cost more than $2000 plus his hourly wage. All together he spoke to me for 5 minutes. He proceeded to charge me $100. I didn't receive a receipt. I decided he didn't deserve or work for $100. I will not pay him! He can keep harassing me. He did nothing to earn $100!

Mr. Bassett and his crew do top quality work! He installed a complete septic system with precision and accuracy making sure the tank had a firm foundation that would not sink into the ground and made sure that the grade of the inlet and outlet pipes were optimum. Because he is the best in the area he does have a 1 yr. wait list but he is so worth it!!
