We had a company come out on Saturday 8/8/26 to empty our septic tank. We were quoted 599.00 to empty the tank. Septic experts showed up and removed the lid on the tank. My wife was home and they proceeded to tell her there was a build up of solid waste in our tank ( Is that not normal) and our price went to 1000.00. Then they explained the leach fields would need to be pumped and the cost would be 4000.00. My wife called me at work and i told her we have our tank pumped every 3 years tell them to put the lid back on the tank and i will find someone else.

Just had Easy Clean Septic out for emergency service. Left a message on the answering service at 4:47 am water backing up into basement shower from septic. They responded with a phone call within 10 minutes and found a mid morning slot to fit me in. Benjamin was the best. Knowledgeable, thorough, and a very nice guy. Provided me with upfront pricing for the emergency service which was fair and had our household systems up and running in no time. A big thank you from a grateful client.

Ben and his guys did a fantastic job on our septic system recently. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable compared to other septic companies I reached out to. Ben also provided some excellent education and advise on proper maintenance of our septic system. We will definitely use them again.

Benjamin was basically my hero today! Same day service. Called ahead to confirm address and say he had received be appt before mine. Texted 45 mins before arriving. Assessed everything. Then explained what was going on and how he’d fix it. It had not been pumped in 26 years…so was a lot! He took time to get to the pipe digging up as little as possible. Experience was a good as it good have been with such a yuck situation. Highly recommend.

Local Ground

Around Atlanta, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Atlanta city page for the full soil profile.
