As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. They came in lowest on the phone quote so I went with them. At no point during scheduling did they ask if I was having problems or when the last pump out was. They showed up early and by the time I got outside they were already poking around frantically trying to figure out where the cap might be. It wasn't until after they broke ground that I found out I could've waited 2 more years before needing my septic pumped. Waste of hard earned money! They didn't do anything to preserve the new sod plugs I installed 2 months ago. Another waste of money.

These folks were fast and very polite. I will be getting all my work done by them in the future. From the phone call to the pump out it was nice dealing with such professional people.
