    My wife called this company for advice on building around our septic tank. They requested drawings from the county on our behalf, gave us expert advice, and then sent us the drawings by mail. They didn’t ask for anything in return. We just moved to the area but found our go-to service provider. Highly recommend.

    I appreciate that Duncan guarantees their work with a 1-year warranty. We ended up having numerous issues with our install and Dale and Scott were quick to come back and fix it under warranty. They really impressed me with their level of customer care. I think Dale does a great job, but his crews quality of work is subpar. I had more than 10+ visits from duncan to fix multiple issues in our septic system. Fortunately he did it all under warranty. But once the warranty period ended we went with a different septic company and they explained what was wrong.

Speed comes up more than once, from a leak handled on one phone call to a tank replacement done for a caller in a tight spot. Susan's review describes a routine pumpout followed by the office mailing her a drawing of her own system, a gesture she calls "what a great surprise".
