I had no idea where the septic tank access was at. They found it with no problem, pumped it out, washed it down, took photos to see if there were any problems, which there weren’t, and did all this for an extremely reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic tank service!

Response from the owner

Thanks Dennis, glad you were able to get that riser put on. Look forward to servicing your system in the future.

Kyle and Robert were great. Kyle explained things we had no idea about and gave us a better understanding. Our kids loved them. They were great and we will use them as long as they're around and highly recommend.

Response from the owner

We had a blast! Hope Charlie enjoyed the day!

Kyle was prompt and Very knowledgeable. He took his time and did a very thorough job. I have a little more complicated system. I have a primary and two secondary access ports into my septic tank, as well as a separate pump tank. It even has the ability to add chlorine into the discharge before going into the holding pond. (He said they don’t do that anymore) It was nice to have a professional explain everything and answer all my questions. I will definitely use him again.

Response from the owner

Thank you Brian, I was able to learn something new with your system. Thank your for using me!

Before You Call

For a septic pumping visit, the practical decision is whether tank and access-lid locating should be part of the job. A homeowner who does not know where the access sits can ask about including that work.
