As a Property Manager, I can’t say enough good things about working with Drain Experts. They make my job so much easier because I never have to worry about following up on a work order. Once I send it over, I know it’s in good hands and will be handled professionally from start to finish. The entire team is fantastic. Their technicians are knowledgeable, reliable, and always provide excellent service, while the office staff is friendly, courteous, and keeps communication seamless. It’s rare to find a company that’s this dependable and consistent.

I had a plumber come out who told me I needed to replace some piping and quoted me $7,000 for the job. Wanting a second opinion, I searched for another company and found DrainExperts nearby. Raul came out to inspect the problem, and I really appreciated his honesty. Instead of recommending an expensive pipe replacement, he explained that the pipe was actually in decent condition and that the issue was caused by scale and debris buildup restricting the flow. He recommended hydro jetting to thoroughly clean the inside of the pipe and restore proper flow.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind review! We are glad you decided to get a 2nd opinion before moving forward with a major repair. Our goal is to always provide honest recommendations and suggest what is truly needed. In your case the pipe was in good condition and hydro-jetting was the right solution to remove buildup. Thank you for choosing us for your plumbing needs and we’re here anytime you need us!

When my parents decided to add a casita to their property, their contractor let them know they would need to upgrade their septic system. Unfortunately, that wasn’t something the contractor handled, and we had no idea where to start with the plans, permits, or county requirements. Thankfully, one of their neighbors recommended DrainExperts since they’re local here in Reche Canyon. From the very beginning, they guided us through the entire process. They helped with the plans, explained the city and county codes, and took care of all the things we didn’t know anything about.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful review! We truly appreciate your trust and are grateful we were able to make the process easier for your family. Wishing you all the best with your new casita!

We were having a frustrating problem at home because all of the drains in our house were backing up. I had no idea what was causing it, but the plumber came out, figured out it was a clog in the main line ( I think that’s what you call it) and used a special machine to clear everything out. Now all of our sinks, tubs, and toilets are working perfectly again! They were so friendly, explained everything in a way I could understand, and got the job done quickly. I’m so thankful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

    Response from the owner
