Kyle and his crew were able to solve our severe flooding issues by putting in a drain basin that involved digging through tree roots and around the septic drainage system and septic tank. They were able to assess our existing foundation draining system and quickly fixed problems discovered there as well. The overall cost was very reasonable, and their work went quickly and efficiently.

D. Kyle Stearns Contracting is a Godsend! We were completely shocked when our basement began flooding every time there was a decent amount of rain.  Three major basement waterproofing companies gave us hours of presentations and brochures and descriptions of the work they would do to solve the problem.  This included destroying the basement floor by jackhammering the entire perimeter and laying down various types of drainage systems with multiple sump pumps. There was no way they could tell if the pumps would be running 24/7, and all of the companies would be charging close to $20,000!

Prompt, responsive, and knowleadgeable! I had a repeat problem with the drainage of my one-year-old house and Kyle was able to quickly assess and diagnose the source of the problem, offer a quick, immediate, and affordable (free) solution, as well as suggest some longer term solutions that will correct the faulty original design. I'm looking forward to following up with him in the spring.
