The drivers are extremely unsafe. They were tailgating me so closely that they could probably see the freckles on my left cheek. After passing me on the left while I was already ahead of them in a left turn, they continued to tailgate the next vehicle in front of me. Later, on 12th Street, they made a left turn into the neighborhood like a bat out of hell. Their driving was aggressive and incredibly unsafe.

    Response from the owner

We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience. Safety is extremely important to us, and we take concerns about our drivers seriously. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have shared your feedback with our team. Our technician’s account of the situation is different from what was described in this review, but we don’t think a public back-and-forth over the details is productive. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will continue to reinforce safe driving with our team.

I needed my water main replaced and while receiving a bid from another company, they also inspected my sewer drain and said it needed to be relined, at an estimated cost of over $20k. I reached out to Drain Tech for a second opinion and they informed me, while aged, there was nothing wrong with my sewer line and the repair was unnecessary. Truly thankful for the honesty and integrity of Drain Tech.

    Response from the owner

Thanks, Darren! We pride ourselves on honesty and hard work. We are happy that we could help out and make a stressful situation a little less stressful for you.
