Went through my plumbing warranty to get a drain issue resolved. Valentine from Drain Medic was assigned to my job and was fantastic. Showed up at the start of the arrival window. Assessed the situation. Told me what he thought it was and how he was going to address it. Everything he said checked out. He asked me check on some things in the house so he didn't wear his boots inside. Chatted for a bit while he checked on things. All around, a very professional experience. Thanks. Huge shout-out to Valentine. Thank you dude.

Happy reviewers tend to name the technicians who came out. Andy describes a drain visit where Valentine arrived at "the start of the arrival window," worked out the cause, and explained the fix before starting anything. Becky thanks Joel and Armando for swapping out a bad pipe on the spot. Joel's name comes up in several of the other positive reviews too. The recurring picture across them is crews that give their names, arrive when they say they will, and explain the problem before starting the repair.
