Drain Kings LLC in MO

We hired Dwight and Justin Moore to install a septic system on our property. We met with him prior to hiring him and went over in detail where the tank and drain fields would be installed. He told us with confidence that he could complete the job no problem. The septic system was installed and then we found out after using the system that it was not installed correctly. The septic tank and leach field were both installed to close to our well and the leach field does not drain correctly which has caused swampy ground, foul smells and has destroyed our lawn.

Very dishonest didn’t complete the job correctly and won’t fix their mistakes. They say whatever they need to get your money. Do not trust Dwight or Justin!

Contacted this business to come look at a leak. Later that day he called back to schedule a time to come out and told me he would be out the next morning around 9. About 9:30 the following morning I called just to get and updated eta and had to leave a voicemail. Then around 11 I texted again asking for and update and never received a response. So they we a no call no show and eventually I called another provider.

After calling all the plumbers in my area according to google (15 or so) for weeks, no one responded. From Sullivan to Rolla the majority didn't bother calling me back, some phone numbers didn't even work. So after dealing with our plumbing issues for over weeks: All Type Plumbing - Justin answered my call without hesitation. Taking charge & showing up when he said he would. I appreciate the punctuality of any business, he absolutely saved the day! Within a couple hours he had the main line clean & a couple of other small issues (minor leak & exposed exterior pipe) resolved!
