Called with issues with the washing machine drain. Upon arrival he discovered it had gotten worse. Pushed the water through and worked with us. He explains why he does thing and helpful with solutions. We have called him more than once and we always get the best service. I highly recommend.

Randy was fantastic. We had a drain line emergency at one of our stores and he came out at 10:30 pm to help us clear the line! Excellent service and goes above and beyond!

Terrible work, Very dishonest person. Do not trust his work.

    Response from the owner

Its unfortunate you feel this way as I have done a lot of work for you two at very discounted prices. Even when one of your new hot water tanks stopped working and it was past the warranty date with the tank maker, I paid for half of a brand new tank for you, no one does that... also the stick holding the expansion tank in place was temporary while the work was getting done and not firmly correctly securing was an oversight that i would have easily taken care of if you just let me know it was left like that. I did not expect this review from you and im rather shocked. All the work I did for you at half the rates of most plumbers. Im not sure why you chose to write this review when I am the one who constantly lost out, Also I always responded to every call and message so again I guess I will just chalk it up that some people just cant be satisfied. I dont regret paying for half of your hot water tank out of my own pocket when it was not my responsibility to do so... Sorry you feel like this Sincerely , Drain Gains

Over a month they accomplished 3 hours of a partial demolition. Never came back, won't refund our money, and won't respond to us. Went to small claims court, awarded the judgment and they still won't give us back our money. On atleast 5 occasions they set up dates to come do the work and no one showed. On 3 other occasions we waited hours for 2 guys to work approximately 1 hour. We have text messages from Randy saying he was having issues with his workers. They took $1,500 for 3 hours of a barely demolition, that's taking advantage, that's fraud, that's not professional!!

    Response from the owner

This is absolutely not true. Half was paid up front and demolition began removing everything in the existing bathroom, you were supposed to buy what was to be installed and never did. Half the work was done therefore nothing was returned.
