My experience with Downriver was excellent. I hired them to pump my sceptic tank. They arrived right when the said they would, finished the whole job in about 45 minutes and answered several questions I had about the system. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Joel was prompt and efficient at locating the most expedient route for his hoses, which had to reach a long distance! He went about his work diligently, but also took a time to answer my questions. After lids were replaced, Joel made sure the area was ship-shape. We appreciated his fine work and reasonable price.

    Response from the owner

Hi Anne, Thank you for the 5 star review! We appreciate you taking the time to post your positive experience and compliments. See you next time!

The septic alarm was going off so I called Downriver Septic because they had good reviews. I don't ever write reviews but in this case it is deserved. Joel came out and pumped our tank and was able to remove a bunch of roots by our float system that was causing it to get tangled and go off. He didn't charge me any extra for that extra effort and was also very helpful with all of my stupid questions. Another thing I'll point out is that I appreciated the fact that he sent the invoice via email right as he left and the checkout was smooth and simple.

    Response from the owner

Hi Kell, I am glad you found our great reviews and gave us a call! We really appreciate your detailed review and that you let us know which specific things you found helpful. This is a great way to let other potential customers know about our services. Thank you!
