Edited - Updated as of 7/27/26. We had an issue today with a “High Level Float Fail”. I called and spoke with Sharron at 9:38am. She dispatched Scotty, he called back immediately. He was here within approximately 15 minutes as they were already very close working on another property. They determined the issue, had the part on the truck. All said and done, from start to finish, it was called in and completely fixed within no more than 40 minutes (probably less). So impressed! They have been so extremely friendly, honest and reliable from day one.

I don’t know where to start. I can’t even express how great the experience with this company has been. It started with Scotty. He did the initial assessment and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Such a nice person. They told us what we needed to have done and explained everything along the way. I had tried to reach out to other local companies and either no one answered the phone or the VM was full. Today David and his crew came out and I was amazed at how hard they worked and the extra effort they put in to make our yard look better than before they did the work.

THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY ALARMING SEPTIC SYSTEM ON THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!! Wow. Great service. Highly recommended.

Dominion Septic, including Scottie, David, and the rest of the team, is incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. We have an annual service contract with them, and they always do a fantastic job keeping our system running smoothly year after year. They truly went above and beyond during a recent holiday emergency. We had an issue with ground settling that resulted in a broken pipe. Despite it being the Fourth of July, their responsiveness was beyond amazing.
