Derry Septic Service in Londonderry, NH

I highly recommend Derry Septic. We recently purchased a home and they completed the inspections and installed a new pump. We had a small issue yesterday and the owner Matt responded right away and we had a tech at our home within 20 minutes who was able to resolve for us and now everything is working perfectly. Everyone who I have worked with from this company has been extremely responsive, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend to anyone who may need an inspection, installs, or service.

Derry Septic came out for a routine septic pumping, and the experience was excellent. I initially thought I needed a full inspection, but after talking with Lynn, she took the time to understand my concerns and honestly explained that it wasn’t necessary. That kind of integrity goes a long way. As a fellow local business owner who believes in being fair, honest, and putting customers first, I truly appreciate seeing those same values in another company. Great customer service, honest advice, and no pressure.

We had an emergency. They came right out in the snow, frozen ground, pumped our septic, found a clog, and snaked the blockage. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will now be on a routine schedule with them.

Communicated well and got the job done in a timely manner. Also, cleaned up our yard very well after fixing our pipe. Highly recommend!

I had Derry Septic service pump my tank. They are so, so responsive about keeping their appointments! The tech who did the work was such a gentleman and so knowledgeable. I wish all service people were as nice and confidence inspiring the way Mike is. Reasonable fee charged as well! Update: 3 years later my toilet backed up. I called Derry Septic and they sent out JayJay (super nice guy!) on very short notice to take care of it. They are the best!
