    We have a heavily wooded lot with many old pines, oak, and aspen trees. We needed sewer line replacement but didn't want to harm any of the trees. Trevor recommended trenchless replacement using pipe bursting. The work was finished in one day and all the trees along with the lawn and fencing are safe. A very skilled crew showed up with a large excavator to dig a hole in the street to access the main sewer line. A smaller excavator carefully fit between trees to dig a smaller hole against the house.

    After dealing with ELITE DRAINS LLC they struggled to diagnose the issue, had poor communication, and left me feeling more confused than confident 4 hours later with no answers, working with DENVER SEWER AND WATER was a complete night-and-day difference. They came out, properly diagnosed the problem quickly within a hour, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and had a full sewer excavation completed within a day. What I thought was going to turn into a drawn-out disaster was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish.

    We had an underground water valve break on a Saturday…. No fun and expensive to fix regardless of the repair company. Nevertheless, greatly appreciate the fact that they had a technician out quickly (Rigo) to fix the broken valve. He was professional and did a great job.
