Dave Campbell Plumbing in Pleasant View, PA

The company came to fix a leaking sink. They discover it was the seal and replaced it. Within days it was cracked the entire way around. When I called to see if they could come look at it Joni was very unhelpful and basically accused me of breaking it. The company was sent by my home warranty and after reading the reviews I can see I’m not the first one to have issue with poor installation and poor customer service. I would not want the warranty company to send them to me again.

Do not hire this company. I brought them out to fix a simple toilet issue, and they ended up causing massive, costly property damage to my home. The technician failed to seal the wax ring properly. Because of their negligence, water began flooding my subfloor / ceiling below causing ceiling panels to fall. Instead of taking responsibility, the company has blamed my existing flooring to be the issue. I am now stuck paying out of pocket for professional water mitigation and flooring repairs on top of the original plumbing issue.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They tell you one thing and report another to the home warranty company! They appear to be honest and reputable BUT this is not the case. Joni, does not even permit the customer to speak when voicing conerns and they don't adhere to service times.my call was 12-4pm they showed up at 6:30pm. Didn't handle claim correctly closed out.the claim as complete when they were filling out the paperwork. Liars and extremely unprofessional! I filed a warranty claim due to an active leak and they came to my home( late) saw the leak and reported that it's not present.

I highly recommend Dave Campbell Plumbing. They are our plumbing heroes! I had a great shock when my quarterly water bill was over $3,350.00!! It turns out I had a running toilet tank that went unnoticed. I spoke with Daves, and we received the help we needed very quickly. Our plumbing professional diagnosed the issue, and fixed it perfectly. We are now good to go. Their Customer Service is excellent. Communication via phone and text was very convenient, and I will definitely call them again when the need arises. 😊

I had them come out to check out my hot water tank. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she said they usually charge between 300-800 for modifications. My home warranty said they wanted to bill 1700. When I called the woman back to inquire she flat out said "well my guys dont work for free" and laughed. I understand people dont work for free but to talk that way to a customer is ridiculous.
