    Inconsiderate unprofessional owner who doesnt value others time. In response to the owners reply over 2 years after my review, I have absolutely no idea what he's rambling about with a lawn mower engine, so I'm left to believe that I was lucky and dodged a nightmare by having him waste my time and ghost me with our appointment.

    Please remove your review. You were selling a lawnmower engine and I didn't want it so now you went onto my business page to leave a review about something that is outside of my business. I have never worked for you not have you ever solicited me for work you are mearly upset because you couldn't sell a motor you have. Please take the review down sir.     I have called Dave for service, but unfortunately, he is not taking responsibility for the mess that occurred while he was jetting the pipe. He’s not honest, he will find a lot of reasons to blame on you. He was supposed to come back but never did. We are not going to use him again. However, if you call him for service, make sure not to pay right away. Ask for an invoice and wait at least 10 days before making the payment. This will give you assurance that if something goes wrong, he will come back and make it right!

    Hi Kamal. We are a plumbing contractor not a cleaning contractor. Your basement in your commercial food service facility flooded due to a clog in your sewer line and we do not clean sewage off the floors we only clean the pipe to restore flow. I can understand your frustration but any mess that was made is from your commercial kitchen from your grease trap overflowing was not due to us clearing your sewer line. Your sewer is now flowing and you should be happy but instead you decided to leave a bad review which I don't believe is fair. I wish you the best of luck but we will not be able to service you In the future

    Dave from DAP is very dependable. Each time we have had plumbing issues at our HQ, we call him directly. DAP has (or has access to) every cutting-edge plumbing tool imaginable and they are willing to do almost any type of contractor work (though, in transparency, we have only employed Dave for plumbing issues). Dave is polite and does not beat around the bush. He is knowledgeable, experienced and never fails to meticulously clean up after his work before he departs. Speaking of, Dave has never left us without ensuring that our problems were completely resolved.

    Unfortunately I trusted Dave with too much work and it was above his expertise. Instead of saying he was out of his element he pushed through. I’ve had to redo every single job Dave did for me at this point, it’s been roughly 2 years since I stopped using him. From house trap replacement, gas service, interior supply and drain. Roughly 10 separate properties, I’ve had to pay actual plumbers to come redo all of his work. 100% of it. I will say he can snake a clogged drain with the best of them, but that is it Edit- the response is laughable. I can post receipts if needed.

    I'm sorry you have had a hard time with your properties. Any excavation work that i have done would have had to been inspected by the gas company and/or the plumbing division. I only show one Excavation permit in my records for your name and that is a gas service line that was inspected and passed by Columbia gas in 2019. I wish you the best of luck on your future projects and again my apologies for any troubles you have had. If you could Rob give me a call when you have a chance I would like to have the opportunity to speak with you about what may have happened with some of your projects and see what I can do to make it right with you.
