I have had Daniel's Spetic services maintained my septic in Omer for the past 15 years. Always on time, very reasonable pricing and the quality of work are great. I appreciate their hard work and honesty.

Great local company! Our septic backed up and was too full leaving us without being able to use our water. We called Daniel's at 8am and they were at our house by 1pm. The prices are excellent too!

Tried to get a 2 or even 3 hour window for a time they could come and she said I got your windows how's between 9 and 5. I said the customer who uses you has no phone!! She said then get someone else! They are the roodest no good unprofessional employees I've ever had to deal with. Also filing complaint with BBB they have got to be stopped! We are they're business. Without us locals they wouldn't be able to have they're company. Get it together!!

Response from the owner

Nicole, we're sorry you were frustrated. To clarify, this was for a camper pump-out that we had already attempted twice the previous week, but no one was available when we arrived. Those types of stops are scheduled when we're already working in the area, so unfortunately we can't guarantee a specific arrival time like we can with some appointments. During our conversation, we explained that we couldn't provide a narrower window than the day we expected to be in the area. When it became clear that wouldn't work for your situation, we suggested contacting another company that may have been able to accommodate your scheduling needs. We strive to treat every customer with respect and are sorry this interaction didn't end on a positive note. We wish you and your boyfriend the best.
