I had Dalton’s Service Co come out for septic service and paid for the job, but the issue wasn’t actually resolved. Not long after, I had to have the tank serviced again to fix the same problem. What’s been most frustrating is trying to get a straight answer afterward. Instead of addressing the fact that the original service didn’t solve the issue, I’ve gotten shifting explanations and no accountability. I understand things don’t always go perfectly, but standing behind your work matters. That’s what’s missing here.

Placed a call for service and the driver made a mistake about what needed to be pumped. When I called to indicate that the service I paid for was not completed as asked, the owner came out and remedied the situation within hours. Nicole, who answers the phone, was polite and responsive with my complaint. Mistakes are made but rarely do companies work to amend them like Dalton's did.

Response from the owner

We very much appreciate the feedback. We strive to correct issues promptly when brought to our attention. Customer satisfaction is what we strive to do here at Dalton's. Thank you very much for your business!
