Several customers describe septic pumping and how quickly the crew responded. One homeowner who called about pumping a residential system was told to wait a week after rain so the trucks would not damage the yard, and the crew came back on the dry day. Two others say someone arrived on a Sunday, one of them by 1:00 the same afternoon. Another reviewer says Allen takes emergency calls after hours. Dan wrote that the crew "went above and beyond" to take care of him. One customer, Jason, had a different experience and reports two scheduled visits where no one showed up.
