    UPDATE: After having a second opinion there was electric & it did have power. I texted Dalton. Dalton called back and said his equipment is faulty. There was electric & it did have power. They did not offer a credit or refund. I had no hot water and was informed upfront about the emergency service fee, no problem at all. I understood and agreed to that. However, when Dalton arrived, it took approximately 1.5 hours to determine that the water heater had no electricity going to it. He was unable to identify a leak and suggested the issue could be related to there being no expansion tank.

    I don’t know who trained Cody but this man rolled up in my house on time, with a good attitude, and he knew exactly what was wrong before he even got everything disassembled. Done and gone quicker than I could get comfortable in my own house.

    Had to have a hot water heater replaced and Cody went above and beyond the call of duty to get it taken care of. Cody was respectful and efficient. Great wrong rateresentative for your company. Thank you for doing a great job and for the great attitude that came along with you.

    Fantastic service the team from DS and F was incredible. Kyle was professional and got things organized quickly They replaced a piece of my sewer pipe and got it done in a no time at all. They left everything perfect once done and cleaned up. These folks deserve all the praise they get I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees
