I called Curt’s Septic, a referral from the neighbor, As we had a back up in our sewage, and we thought it was the septic system. We explained that we had opened up the septic tank and where the water level was and that we had been having problems with back up and rather than push us to have a tank emptied or serviced. He said it sounded like it wasn’t the problem with the tank, but a plumbing issue from our bathroom to the septic and that we should call a plumber First. It turns out we had a major break in a line that had to be repaired, which had nothing to do with the septic tank.

Called multiple times, whoever answered said he could be out to pump out my black water that day and blew me off on all 3 occasions. Honestly don’t know why I gave him that many shots nor do i understand how this place has 5 stars

So grateful to have found Curt's! I'm actually reluctant to write this in fear that they won't be available the next time I need them! But, great work and spectacular customer service should be recognized. I was in an emergency situation with a power outage and a non working pump, they showed up for me three times over the course of 24 hours, even hooking me up with an after hours pumping and returning my call after hours. Literally saved me from a bad sewage situation that would of affected dozens of people. Thank you Curt's, you are definitely my new go to septic pumping company!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners who left five-star reviews describe how the crew responds when a system acts up. Wendy writes that when her backup turned out to be a broken pipe rather than the tank, Curt steered her toward a plumber instead of pumping a tank that was fine. Angelina describes a power outage with a failed pump, and a crew that came out three times within 24 hours, including an after-hours pumping and a returned call. Samantha reached Curt on a weekend and found him "right on it". Pauline and Allyson both describe repeat visits, with Pauline noting that her schedule is accommodated across several properties. Several reviewers say they plan to call the company again.
