Great septic service company. I found them in a pinch 20 years ago when my original company failed. They stepped up to the plate then and every time that something wears out. The technicians are knowledgeable, fair and do outstanding work. I don’t do reviews, but when I do it’s because they do outstanding work.

Had a dead pump & a septic overflow emergency this morning, called Cruse for help, they came out same day and repaired my system with zero drama. I really appreciated that they showed up when they said they would, their professionalism, and they did an awesome job fixing it all. Highly recommend Cruse for any septic needs.
