I wouldn’t let this company install anything. My uncle who is a disable veteran and elderly contracted with Crotty to install a new system. After paying almost $10k upfront, they came out and began the installation. Three days later the entire system backs up into the house. THEY HOOKED IT UP TO THE WRONG PIPE even after being told where the correct one was at. He try to blame the back up on roots. After realizing he was wrong he sent a worker out to fix it. During this time, my aunt was placed in the hospital for a life threatening emergency and was there for two weeks.

We chose Crotty because we wanted to support a small local business. Scheduling them to show up was a nightmare. They never returned our calls when they said they would. Finally got a hold of someone and they showed up 2 hours after they said they would be here. That’s not all. They charged us an extra $100 for a “Rush Job!” The repair person claimed he got lost so my husband stood there waiting for 2 hours.
