Creed came out and saved us during the pandemic shut down as our system was in complete failure. They came out and pumped us close to every 2 weeks until the new system could be installed by them in April when the weather and ground cooperated. They are professional and very nice people who care about their customers! Thank you John and Cindy for all you did for our home that allowed out family to shower etc. until our system could be replaced! We are forever grateful!

If I could give more stars, I would!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ I called only to get an estimated cost for pumping out our septic tank, I had not expexted Cindy Creed, a very educated and super duper nice person in her field to answer. She made me feel comforted by the fact that I had no idea what questions I was to ask. Not dumb because of having no idea what to have answers for. I had called several businesses before I contacted Creed and I was only given a basic pricing...with no questions asked of me.

Cathy says John and Cindy "guided me through the process" on her first septic job, and another customer credits John with a quick install. Denise describes pump-outs every couple of weeks during a system failure, until the crew could put the replacement in once the ground cooperated. Paige called for a pumping estimate and had an appointment within a week, right in the middle of the busy season.
