    Today, Dave Cournan fixed a problem we didn't know we had! A routine septic tank cleaning wasn't routine at all when the green lid the previous company installed was found to be erroneously installed over the service hole opening and not the pump out opening. Dave saved the day and fixed the placement, working his butt off digging and moving things around. Now, the septic tank has been pumped and next time, it will be a lot easier to access. We will use Cournan Septic forever now! I highly recommend the Champ Dave Cournan and the whole crew at Cournan Septic!! PS - Go Bills!!

    Dave's a great guy. We pump our tank every 3 years and since the first time I met him he is always willing to answer any questions and take his time to explain anything you can't understand.

Dave is clearly highly-knowledgeable in his field; he thoroughly answered all my questions and took the time to explain the process. Several customers describe a septic tank cleaning that turned into more than a pump-out. Erica went in expecting a routine cleaning, and Dave Cournan found the lid installed over the service hole instead of the pump-out opening. She wrote that "Dave saved the day" by fixing the placement, so the next pumping will be easier to reach. Speed comes up often. Ed said the job was done within 3 hours of calling for an appointment, and Jessica was booked a few days earlier than planned after Dave located her tank and sent photos of where it sits.
