I have an older Home from the 1950's in Odessa. Over a period of 5 months of stress, finally figured out , from underground camera inspection, that we had another septic tank system we did not know about, that was connected to one of our bathrooms. I had 3 different plumbing companies come out, 2 contractors, and 2 septic service companies. I truly wish that I had called Mark from Cote's on Day 1. First...Septic is their Business, Mark and his guys know what they are doing...no nonsense or B.S.

We’ve lived in Land O Lakes for 32 years and have used Cotes numerous times. Always prompt service and always a fair and honest price. Our lift station pump failed over the weekend and had a mess. Left message with Cotes on Sunday afternoon and by Monday afternoon, system fixed and running.

Twice I’ve used Cote’s and they’ve provided excellent service and fair pricing. They even replaced our pump in the rain. I call that going above and beyond. The office staff is polite and professional. I’ll use them again and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks !!

Guys did a good job. Cost was over 1200. When I reviewed my in voice I saw a 42.00 charge for my debit card. Amazing the 1200+ wasn’t enough add a charge For my card. Bad taste for a nice job done. No manual was Left for pump installed I save in my files. If you use them don’t use your card you will be charged. Amazing.

Homeowners often call the company to replace failed lift station pumps, pump out septic tanks, and install replacement drain fields. Field crews including Mark, Steve, James, and Chris frequently arrive the same day for urgent equipment failures, and Maria noted that workers "replaced our pump in the rain." One customer, Brian, reported unreturned phone calls after an initial site visit regarding root growth in a tank.
