Have used every 3 years for a long time. Had an appointment set up for weeks then a phone call to change 4 days before. Now scheduled out another 3 weeks later on a Saturday. Not happy! I guess they don't want Sussex County business.

Juan was very helpful I explained that I was having issues with septic backing up. He assessed the basement to see how many lines head out to the septic. Then he explained how the system works and what the use of a baffle is for. Also recommended we use a 1 ply toilet paper to avoid any clogging issues. He pumped the tank and then added me to the list every three years for service. Great customer service highly recommend.

Worst contractor ever! Avoid at all cost. Unorganized and dishonest, would not recommend.

Let them struggle for drivers. Company lies & spreads false hope. They listed that they were going to hire owner operators for a new contract they have. I got a call and they acted so interested to only never give a call back. & when I called them back different times they acted like there going to return the call and never do. Then 1 of the people in charge says we changed our mind about hiring contractors but still have it listed months later

Before You Call

A drain field that turns soggy or slow raises the question of restoring it versus digging it up. Coppola performs drainage field restoration with Terralift, so one phone call can settle whether your field is a candidate for that route or needs replacement instead.
