Complete Septic Services is incredible! Called to set up a non-emergency appointment to have someone come out and investigate a funky basement smell. Kim outlined some of the potential issues and arranged for a service visit early the next morning. Chad called to let me know when he was en route, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed things up, and also gave some more helpful tips on how to keep the septic system healthy and running well. Family-run small business who really takes pride in their work and getting to know their customers and community.

Hearing your septic alarm sounding at 10PM on a Friday night is a nightmare. Tanner was on site before noon on Saturday and within seconds identified our (first) issue. He patched us up to get through the weekend, returning bright & early Monday morning to work through the chain of other issues that were lurking beyond a broken main line connection. Tanner & Chad were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, personable and professional. The Complete Septic team made a stressful situation as easy as it could be and will be our trusted go to for all future maintenance and repair!

Response from the owner

Kim, Chad, Jasmine, and the whole CSS team are great to work with. They are one of the few examples of "Can Do" folks who are still around. I would certainly recommend calling them for your septic maintenance and excavation needs. They did an emergency repair for us that was on a tight deadline, and while everyone else says "Sorry, we can't help you.." The CSS team says "We can certainly help you."

Response from the owner

Gerald thank you for your business and your wonderful review, we appreciate you.

Septic pump stopped working on a Friday and all three tanks were overflowing (mound system) and needed an emergency pump… and I live in an area where it is sometimes hard to get service calls. Four hours after I called I had the tanks pumped out by Nick so we could get through the weekend, with a diagnostic service call promised for Monday. Chad arrived just after noon Monday and diagnosed the problem… it would have been easy to just say “you need a new pump” but he figured out why it had stopped working, fixed it, made sure it wouldn’t happen again and by 3:30 we were good to go.

Response from the owner

Glenn we appreciate your review, choosing to do business with Complete Septic Services and supporting local.
