Tom and his team were tremendous in my experience with them. My septic system was not draining water like it should, and during this dire situation, they quickly came to my house within 24 hours and pumped out my septic system. They got an idea of the situation, and within two weeks time my lines were jetted and my distribution box was repaired. They even gave me another pumping one week after the initial one to ensure I would not experience drain issues inside the house.
