I would’ve given this place a 1 star rating after I was given horrible attitude by the secretary Maria she told me if your husband scheduled this job, I’m pretty sure I told him they would get there when they get there and if I tried to be a little patient they will get there mind you I only called once because me husband had a work emergency and had to leave Hector came out to the property pumped our septic tank cleaned our filter figured out that one of our new toilets wasn’t adjusted properly fixed it no problem explain everything I wanted to know about our system very knowledgeable and was very respectful and did an outstanding service we just moved here not long ago 1st time having a septic system he said feel free to call and talk to him or the other guys if I had anymore questions it’s been 2 weeks now and everything is working perfectly an I look forward to doing business with cliffs in the future and seeing Hector as the service man and will be asking to speak with Hannah next time for scheduling

1/6/25 Hector and Steve came out to our property to pump our septic today. This is our second time having Hector out who is straight to work, always willing to answer my questions and hear my concerns. From the fair pricing to the customer service that I continue to receive I am grateful and will make sure Cliffs services our property and refer any family and friends to them as they have earned my confidence in their business.

Great customer service! We ordered a porta potty to be delivered, so we will see how it goes but for now, based on my phone call, they were very helpful and easy to work with!

i’ve never took the time to write a bad review before but after the experience here i truly have too. maria gave the absolute worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life. if i could give a 0 star i absolutely would. I would definitely go to anyone else but them. I was lookin to get a quote and she was as uninterested and as rude as could be.
