I spent two weeks fretting over a backed up system that another company advised me to have a new drainfield put in. I went through hell getting a soil test and the permit for the work. I should have called Septic Experts first, but you live and learn. I was being well misguided by the other service because all I needed was a repair that took these guys about 2 hours. I would have saved at least $800.00 from unnecessary expense. They came within hours of my calling them. They did 1st class work.

    Response from the owner

We’re glad you gave Septic Experts a call and that our team was able to find the real issue, get it repaired quickly, and save you from an unnecessary expense. We know how stressful septic problems can be, so getting your system back up and running was our priority. We truly appreciate your trust, your kind words, and especially your recommendation!

Having noticed septic issues I called 4fourcompanies with Septic Experts being one of the two I had appointments with for the following day. About an hour after setting the appointment with Septic Experts I got a call asking if they cod come today. Not a knock on the other company but I jumped at the chance to get looked at sooner. Septic Expers arrived on time quickly and professionally diagnosed my issue explaining it in simple terms providing me a estimate. St this point it was approaching 5 PM.

Called these guys for a quote to replace our field lines in our septic system. They came out same day and actually restored the old field lines which was something one of their competitors who I will not name didn't even tell us was an option. And they did this for less than half the cost of the new field system. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

    Response from the owner

We're glad we could provide a solution that saved you money while getting your system back in working order. We truly appreciate your trust and your recommendation, and we're always here if you need us in the future!
