About Chuck's Sewer & Drain Cleaning Plumbing Contractor

From the website of Chuck's Sewer & Drain Cleaning Plumbing Contractor, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Chuck's Sewer & Drain takes on septic system installation and repair in Marion. The same technicians pump septic tanks and maintain sewage treatment systems, so one company covers a new system and the pumping that keeps it working afterward. That pairing matters when a call about a routine pump-out turns into a repair question.

WORTHLESS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They were at our house multiple times and never fixed the issue. They don't actually guarantee any of their work. When you mention the work is supposed to be guaranteed, they just make excuses and attempt to gaslight you. We have paid them thousands of dollars and the problem is not any more fixed now then when they started and they just continue to make excuses. They do not send licensed plumbers like they advertise and they do not actually have a camera, according to them. This is a bad place ran by bad people.

Before You Call

Repairing a septic system and installing a new one are both jobs Chuck's takes on, so the decision a homeowner faces is which of the two the problem actually calls for. One question worth asking on the phone is what would tip the crew toward replacement instead of repair.
