Top notch professionalism. Matt and his crew were excellent. I have such a peace of mind now that they checked out my septic. They did the repairs in a timely manner and did what Armor plumbing couldn't. Normally I wouldn't rag on another company in a review, but I almost went with Armor and they couldn't even find the septic on my property. Chastain found it in 10 minutes. They ended up being more cost savings as well. I cannot recommend them more.

I recently discovered a possible issue with the septic system on one of our listings in Ellijay, and as it turned out, my suspicions were correct. Norman Chastain was amazing throughout the entire process. He walked me through each step and pointed me in the right direction to get everything done properly. After soil tests and the county site visit, we were issued permits for a brand-new system for the house and another one for the RV garage and guest house.

We reached out to Norman Chastain of Chastain’s Septic Tank & Grading regarding a septic field issue and inquired about his availability to assess the situation. Although it took a little time, he was able to come out, evaluate the problem, and begin work. Throughout the process, he remained accessible and responsive, always taking our calls and keeping us informed. Mr. Chastain took the time to thoroughly explain both the installation and permit process, which we greatly appreciated.

These folks are absolutely beyond fantastic. They came out for us on a Saturday (because who has a septic tank backup during normal business hours? 🤦‍♀️), and had us up and running again in no time. They are not only fast, efficient, and very reasonable, but they genuinely want to make sure that your septic system is performing as intended. Matt let us know that whoever had pumped our tank the last several times hadn't done it thoroughly. It turns out that our tank has a wall in it that separates solids and liquids, and only one side of it was being pumped every time!
