Central Texas Septic & Aerobics Inc in New Braunfels, TX

I had an 840-gallon system installed that included a one-year maintenance contract, with scheduled visits billed at an additional $100 per visit. There is a service calendar on the control box intended to be checked during each visit; it was never updated. I work from home full time and only observed the technician on site twice. Four years after the install, I discovered one of the septic sprinklers leaning at roughly a 45-degree angle with a water-filled void beside it. After digging it up, I found a threaded connection that had never been tightened and had no pipe dope or Teflon applied.

They came out for a red light on my system with in a day of me calling. They advised me on first visit that I would need the tanks evacuated before they could repair but didn't charge a service fee! Came back a few days later after having tanks drained and cleaned. They quickly repaired it and has been running flawlessly since. Austin did a great job cleaning up and explaining proper system operations. Thank you!

They can't keep an appointment and do not honor their estimates. Be very cautious of using them.
