Tony came out to empty our septic tank and identified an issue with our field lines. He contacted Josh who came out to check it for us. We had to have the field lines replaced. Josh and his crew handled it in a timely manner at a fair price. Josh kept us updated along the way. His crew was very nice answering questions for us and treating our property with care. We want to thank them for helping us out and doing such a great job!

Highly recommend Carter’s environmental. They were very quick to get out and address our septic tank needs. I used a different company two months prior and I was told our septic tank was full of dirt and they could only pump so much and when I brought carter’s environmental in to pump the septic tank, they specifically showed me what was going on. They told me it was not full of dirt and I really appreciate their honesty and help. Thank you so much, Tony

Very suspicious company with very shady practices and the girl that answered the phone was very rude and said quote unquote that they would have some call us back at the EPA and she never did.
