On time and professional, the crew was courteous, careful around the house & yard and helpful with suggestions. Everything was replaced when they were finished (Carl's equipment was top notch, it took considerably less time to pump than I was expecting). The service was a good value for the money. Carl's was easy to reach, e.g. the phone was answered when I called. My expertise with the matter was sketchy at best but I was guided along and arrangements were made that fit into my congested schedule.

They have the cleanest bathrooms. I get just a little too excited whenever I show up on a Job to a Carl's.
