We were just driving behind your truck on rt 40 in mays landing and there as literally shit dropping out of the back pipe. Absolutely disgusting

Response from the owner

Occasionally, a valve or fitting can develop a leak that is not immediately apparent to the driver, particularly while the truck is in transit. The driver may have been completely unaware that this was happening. Rather than leaving a rude and damaging public review, you could have simply contacted our office and let us know what you observed. We would have immediately contacted the driver so the issue could be addressed. We take these matters seriously and appreciate being made aware of legitimate concerns so that we can correct them. A quick phone call would have been a much more constructive way to bring this to our attention.

Recently, I used C & H Disposal Service during a home sale while representing the buyers as their real estate agent. From my very first phone call, Sharon was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. She scheduled the inspection promptly, and their pricing was very fair. John, the inspector, was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to both my buyers and me throughout the inspection process. His attention to detail and willingness to answer questions made the experience seamless and informative.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much Jenna for your kind words and thoughtful review! It was truly a pleasure working with you throughout the transaction; we are grateful for the opportunity to assist! John takes great pride in educating clients and making sure they understand every aspect of the inspection, so I'm delighted to hear that his knowledge and attention to detail helped make the experience informative and stress-free. On behalf of everyone at C & H Disposal Service, thank you for your recommendation and for placing your trust in our team. We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again in the future!

I called for a 20yd dumpster for a clean out, the staff was friendly and polite, explained the terms, I had to extend my time because weather wasn’t cooperating and it wasn’t a problem. Drop off went smooth. I did recommend them to a couple of other people as to the customer service great, friendly and professional

Response from the owner

Thank you Doug for taking the time to write such a wonderful review! We truly appreciate the kind words and referrals! Thank you again!
