My tenant was out of hot water with a bad element in the water heater. Burke was on site in less than an hour. On a three day holiday weekend, they had it fixed. Thank you for your great customer service. Sincerely Tom Crha

Jeffery was my service man. Excellent service. Jeff was quick to discover the issue which he fixed in a timely fashion. He even looked at my water heater for me. Now I know what to expect. Jeff was knowledgeable, very capable and kind. He did not leave a mess behind, which I’m great full for. I will continue to use Burks plumbing for all my plumbing needs. My morning was saved. Thank you
