They were great in every way. They were timely. They actually fixed the problem that has persisted for 6 months that other companies couldn’t find, and they were fun to be around. They continued working until it was all the way done. Will definitely use again and refer to anyone needing a plumber.

We’ve used Buckeye Plumbing twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first time was to clean our commercial kitchen grease trap, which was severely clogged and had never been professionally cleaned before. Their schedule was already full that day, but the customer service team was extremely helpful and was able to get us scheduled for the following morning. The technicians arrived on time, were very professional and patient, and did a thorough job cleaning everything out. We used them again to clear our kitchen drain lines, and they did an excellent job with that as well.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Song. We appreciate you choosing us again and for sharing the details about your grease trap and drain work. It is wonderful to hear our team was punctual, professional, and that your kitchen drainage is running smoothly. We look forward to supporting your regular maintenance and appreciate the recommendation. Thank you from the Buckeye Plumbing team!
