Brown Plumbing & Septic LLC in Chesapeake, VA

UNPROFESSIONAL DOESN’T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE. We stopped at this property for one simple reason: we were trying to locate a different company and needed directions. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The gentleman on the property immediately began screaming and yelling at us to leave. He then contacted our office manager and made a direct threat, stating that our employee had “two minutes to leave my property or he will regret it.” Let’s be very clear: all of this happened because someone stopped to ask for directions.

This company is very unprofessional. We had a septic inspection that was scheduled by Jacob that was supposed to happen and then never showed up, never called, and didn’t offer any compensation for the lack of service. When we finally got ahold of someone we were told “sorry I know this can be frustrating” but presented no resolution. After we had already taken work off and were waiting for them to show up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
